abuse difficulties.

How to make an Appointment
Making an appointment is easy. You can just pick up the phone and give us a call to schedule a visit. Or just come up to the building and
we will be happy to help you as soon as you come through the door.

The first appointment begins with the enrollment process that will explain our services and client rights. The client then meets with a
licensed therapist who asks a series of questions about personal history and circumstances. The appointment concludes with recommendations for
follow-up services. At the request of the client, the Center will contact another person or agency. The client must provide written permission
to allow such contact.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Central Wyoming
Counseling Center never discloses client names, appointment times, or any other information to another person
without written authorization, except in certain situations as required by State law.
How much does it cost?
The Center helps anyone who needs help. Period. No one is denied services because of an inability to pay.
The Center bills Medicaid and private insurance. We do not bill Medicare, but Medicare-eligible clients are seen at no charge.
Client hourly fees are based on gross annual income. The fee schedule is listed below:
$3,599 or less = $4.00
$3,600 to $5,999 = $6.00
$6,000 to $7,199 = $8.00
$7,200 to $9,599 = $10.00
$9,600 to $12,999 = $13.00
$13,000 to $15,999 = $16.00
$16,000 to $17,999 = $18.00
$18,000 to $19,999 = $20.00
$20,000 to $24,999 = $25.00
$25,000 to $29,999 = $30.00
$30,000 to $34,999 = $35.00
$35,000 to $39,999 = $40.00
$40,000 to $44,999 = $45.00
$45,000 to $49,999 = $50.00
$50,000 to $54,999 = $55.00
$55,000 to $59,999 = $60.00
$60,000 to $64,999 = $65.00
$65,000 to $69,999 = $70.00
$70,000 + = $120.00
Standard Rate = $120.00
Group Therapy maximum of $40.00/Hour
