The Central Wyoming Counseling Center offers a full range of
outpatient services. Treatment is available for both mental health and
substance abuse difficulties.
Our Center carefully guards the privacy rights of its
clients.
How to make an Appointment
Making an
appointment is easy. You can just pick up the phone and give us a call to
schedule a visit. Or just come up to the building and we will be happy to
help you as soon as you come through the door.
Phone hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through
Friday.

Doors are open from 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday. 7:30 AM-7:30 PM Wednesdays.

The first appointment begins with the enrollment
process that will explain our services and client rights. The client then
meets with a licensed therapist who asks a series of questions about
personal history and circumstances. The appointment concludes with
recommendations for follow-up services. At the request of the client, the
Center will contact another person or agency. The client must provide
written permission to allow such contact.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Central Wyoming
Counseling Center never discloses client names, appointment times, or any
other information to another person without written authorization, except
in certain situations as required by State law.
How much does it cost?
The Center helps
anyone who needs help. Period. No
one is denied services because of an inability to pay.The
Center bills Medicaid and private insurance.
Client hourly fees
are based on gross annual family income. The fee schedule is listed below:
