| 1 | Knowledge of the American Society of Addictions Medicine’s most current system for determining the appropriate treatment modality for substance abuse clients.

| 2 | Ability to administer standardized assessment tools as assigned, including the ASI, GAIN, and SASSI.

| 3 | As the primary therapist, develop a comprehensive individual treatment plan for all clients assigned.
 |
| 4 | Provide individual, group and family therapy services.
 |
| 5 | Provide Intensive Outpatient Program services as assigned.
 |
| 6 | Use accepted and standard practices in the treatment of specific diagnoses.
 |
| 7 | Provide clients with case management services, including consultation with probation authorities and others involved in the recovery process.

| 8 | Have adequate knowledge of community resources and make appropriate referrals to address the needs of clients.

| 9 | Maintain strict confidentiality of client files and reports as stated in 42 CFR, Part 2.

| 10 | Document all services within CWCC timelines, using existing data-entry system.

| 11 | Maintain positive working relationships with professionals in the community.

| 12 | Provide after-hours on-call services to clients of the Outpatient Program.
