| 1 | Complete clinical assessment of all referred clients, including collection of collateral information from parents, teachers and administrators. Accurately diagnose referred clients using the DSM (most recent edition).

| 2 | Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address all identified treatment needs. Refer to related agencies or service-providers as needed.

| 3 | Establish positive rapport with clients, parents, and other collaterals.

| 4 | Provide individual and family therapy to referred children, maintaining regular contact with parents unless contraindicated. Use accepted and standard practices in the treatment of specific diagnoses.

| 5 | Provide crisis intervention services upon request.
 |
| 6 | Provide case management services to teachers, administrators, and parents as needed, including these collaterals in the effort to achieve goals outlined in the treatment plan.

| 7 | Document all services within CWCC timelines via computer entry system.
 |
| 8 | Provide written reports on progress to the parents of all enrolled children on a quarterly basis.
 |
| 9 | Maintain positive working relationships with school staff and other professionals in the community. Work within the policies of the school district.
 |
| 10 | Assist in the development and implementation of treatment programs offered during the summer months, as assigned.
 |
| 11 | Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, assist co-workers with challenges/difficult cases.
 |
| 12 | Provide clinical supervision to students and provisional licensees as assigned.
 |
| 13 | Provide after-hours on-call services to clients of the Outpatient Program as assigned.
 |
| 14 | Assist with CWCC quality assurance program as assigned.
 |
| 15 | Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
